Rate Sales Conditions
Cancellation or modification by the guest:
1. The guest is reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.
2. The sales conditions of the booked rate specify the terms for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
3. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Advance payments, such as deposits, will not be refunded. In such cases, this is specified in the rate's sales conditions.
4. When the sales conditions of the booked rate allow:
- Reservations may be cancelled directly on the Site or via Mobile Services through the "View or cancel your reservation" section;
- Reservations may be modified directly with the hotel; the phone number is provided in the reservation confirmation email.
5. In the event of an early departure by the guest, the full agreed price will be charged. For prepaid reservations, no refund will be granted for this reason.
6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the guest must vacate the room by 12:00 PM on the final day of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.
7. All reservations are personal and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for payment, or for commercial purposes.
